fix(docs): add production example and align with new CRD

This commit addresses feedback from a code review.

The following changes were made:
- Added a new production-level example for a Valkey cluster, using the
  new unified `Valkey` CRD.
- Renamed `valkey.yaml` to `standalone.yaml` for clarity.
- Updated all relevant README files to reflect these changes.
