Added new feature to enable **libssh2** backend; Added a new feature to enable **libssh** backend. Renamed ssh2-vendored feature to libssh2-vendored. Removed `new`; use `libssh2` and `libssh` constructors instead. By default libssh2 feature is enabled. See README for more details
