fix: drop graph in fuseki_service_graph per function

Although PUT guarantees the same graph state per test function
invocations, tests using the raw fuseki_service fixture might still
rely on an empty Fuseki store.

So the fuseki_service_fixture should run a Graph Store DELETE
operation on fixture cleanup.
