Add start_date, end_date, and orientations filters to SearchVideosEditorial (#66)

- Added start_date parameter for filtering videos by start date
- Added end_date parameter for filtering videos by end date
- Added orientations parameter for filtering videos by orientation
- Added corresponding test cases for all new parameters
