Fix when retrieving points in a section when using default values (#369)

Update bigcell to have larger some which would have more than 1
compartment Test that expected number of stimuli are added when using
bigcell

## Context
Fix issue introduced where a stimulus was inserted more than the single instance expected. This occurred when a soma had more than 1 compartment.

## Scope
This fixes the mistake that caused all soma compartments (or any section type if situation had been different) to be returned.

## Testing
Added test involving soma with multiple compartments and ensure stimuli count of simulation is consistent
