* Fix: ParameterExpression.gradient() to return numeric values for constants

* Add test and fix some issues(lint etc)

* Fix conversion to numeric value

The argument in try_to_value must be set to true for this PR to work. If false then the code will never exercise the path for built-in numerics.

Also simplify the results, no additional Ok(..?) is needed.
