fix(web): improve view toggle to maintain grid layout without page refresh

The view toggle now properly updates the container class using HTMX outerHTML
swap, ensuring the CSS grid layout is maintained when switching between cards
and list views. The solution eliminates jarring full page refreshes while
keeping the button icon in sync via out-of-band updates.

- Replace innerHTML swap with outerHTML to update container class
- Add jobs-container template for proper view mode class binding
- Implement view-mode-button template with OOB updates
- Update handleViewModeToggle to render full container with stats
