fix(web): remove hardcoded cron translations and confusing command icon

- remove cronDescription function with hardcoded cron pattern translations
- show cron specifications directly (*/1 * * * *, @daily, etc.)
- replace confusing >_ SVG icon with proper terminal window icon
- improve card spacing by increasing job-header margin (8px -> 16px)
- enhance icon alignment with vertical-align: middle and flex-shrink: 0
- clean up templates to remove redundant job-description elements
