refactor: Strip comments from AMD modules (#828)

This is a refactor for stripping comments & JSDoc blocks when
transpiling from UI5 AMD. The reasoning is that TS has its own types and
JSDoc comments can have ambiguous information based on TS definitions.

Keep only the `@namespace` prop
