* Removes ExDbug module, closes #69
* Add comprehensive AGENTS.md files for various Jido projects

- Introduced detailed AGENTS.md documentation for multiple Jido projects, including `ash_jido`, `depot`, `jido`, `jido_action`, `jido_ai`, `jido_behaviortree`, `jido_eval`, `jido_htn`, `jido_signal`, and `kodo`.
- Each file outlines commands, architecture, code style guidelines, and testing practices specific to the respective project.
- Enhanced documentation consistency across projects to improve developer onboarding and usage clarity.

* Remove ExDbug

* Remove unused dependencies from mix.lock files
