[hooks] [code_assets] [data_assets] Fix doc comment code snippets (#2519)

This PR adds a generator that updates code snippets inside dartdoc comments code blocks from a source. This will prevent code blocks from being outdated.

The source file is represented by a file uri that is understood by vscode, so that it's clickable.

Also, this PR updates all the code snippets that didn't pass analysis.

Some possible future updates to the script:

* Include markdown files, so that README.md code blocks also don't go out of date.
