feat: Enhanced JSON Schema Validation with Business Rules

- Replace z.any() with proper ValuationSchema validation
- Add custom format validators (ISO dates, UUIDs, emails, currencies, percentages)  
- Implement extended validation with cross-entity reference checking
- Add business rule validation (authorized share limits, option pool usage)
- Introduce schema versioning and migration support
- Create warning system for non-critical validation issues
- 45 new tests added (from 428 to 473 total tests)
- Schema.ts coverage: 89.65% → 96.55%
- Update zod dependency to satisfy peer requirements
- Add comprehensive JSON schema documentation to README
