Support early-stopping on a different CAT than the selector. (#40)

- Add `catToEvaluateEarlyStopping` param to `updateCatAndGetNextItem`. Defaults to `corpusToSelectFrom`. This lets callers evaluate early stopping with one CAT while selecting the next item with another.
- Wire param through early stopping logic (`_earlyStopping.update(...)`)
- Extend `src/tests/clowder.test.ts` with new case that verifies early stopping triggers only for the CAT passed via `catToEvaluateEarlyStopping`.
