feat: improve command help text and user experience

- Shortened and standardized root command help text
- Removed verbose explanations and redundant sections
- Improved Long descriptions for all subcommands (sync, list, clean, init, add)
- Added clear USAGE, FLAGS, and EXAMPLES sections to subcommands
- Made help text more coherent and following CLI best practices
- Enhanced user experience with better structured information

The help system is now more professional and user-friendly while maintaining
all functionality. Each command provides relevant, detailed information in a
consistent format.
