FIX: Increased task timeout significantly.

This was causing requests to time out, even though the timeouts of the `HttpClient` where already increased and looked good enough. I noticed that the refresh task was done _very_ quickly though. The timeout problems I was seeing where from the `ParallelRunner` killing the task after 2sec, before the HTTP requests did time out. This is now fixed.
