Commit Message

Fixed bug in email module ignoring email logging preferences

Fixed a regression introduced when automated outbound logging was added
and explicit checks for logging preferences were missing. This resulted
in logging to happen unconditionally for the inbox, and thus duplicate
log entries when a pair of credentials was used on multiple inboxes.
