Address C API documentation issues (#14851)

* Address C API documentation issues

This commit addresses several issues in the C API documentation:
	• Code examples which do not compile
	• Usages of non-existent functions
	• Sporadic typos
	• Outdated examples or comments, updated to reflect recent APIs (e.g., replacing `complex double` with `QkComplex64`)
It also standardizes all code examples to use the ```c markdown tag, so that C syntax highlighting is properly applied in all examples.
