add WBpm widget

Combines the current BPM display/tap stack with a spinbox for tempo.
Tap/edit states are auto-quit after 4 s of inactivity

initial state:
BPM display

click: show Tap and Edit buttons

Tap: enable tap button
tap tempo (left-click)
tap track BPM (right-click)

Edit: shows tempo spinbox
enter desired tempo, apply with Enter
