Fixed: Bugs in search in modal box

Changed the modal box to have a specific (percentage)
width and height, and made its contents take the full
height. This fixed 2 issues:
1 - The search type dropdown is now always entirely
displayed
2 - The search results can now be more easily scrolled
horizontally, and most of the time don't even need a
horizontal scrollbar since they can fit in the now larger
modal box.
