* Add integration tests for place_order method

- Implement MockGateway setup for place_order with complete order lifecycle
- Add tests for sync and async place_order implementations
- Fix ExecutionData message format to include all required fields
- Fix CommissionReport message format to include version field
- Add execution_id mapping in async transport for CommissionReport routing
- Update CLIENT_INTEGRATION_TEST_TRACKING.md to mark place_order as tested
