Add integration tests for contract methods (#290)

* Add integration tests for contract methods

Added MockGateway-based integration tests for five contract-related Client methods:
- matching_symbols: Tests symbol search functionality
- market_rule: Tests price increment retrieval
- calculate_option_price: Tests option price calculation from volatility
- calculate_implied_volatility: Tests implied volatility calculation from price
- option_chain: Tests option chain retrieval with multiple exchanges

All tests follow the established MockGateway pattern with both sync and async implementations.
Also fixed async message routing for MarketRule responses.

Test coverage increased from ~24% to ~33% (18 methods tested).
