* Fix clippy warnings for Rust 1.89.0

- Add #[allow(dead_code)] to unused RESPONSE_MESSAGE_IDS constant in StreamDecoder trait
- Fix lifetime elision warnings by adding explicit '_ lifetime annotations to Subscription return types
- Update all sync and async builder traits and implementations with explicit lifetimes
- Ensure compatibility with clippy's stricter lifetime elision rules in Rust 1.89.0

These changes resolve all warnings when running:
- cargo clippy --all-targets --features sync -- -D warnings
- cargo clippy --all-targets --features async -- -D warnings
