refactor: migrate tests from Jest to Node.js test runner with assert

- Convert all expect() assertions to assert equivalents
- Replace Jest with Node.js built-in test runner
- Add MutationObserver mock in test setup
- Fix TypeScript errors in mask.js:
  - Remove @private JSDoc annotations from private fields
  - Add type assertions for DOM elements and events
  - Fix event handling interface compliance
- Add comprehensive test coverage reaching 100%:
  - Test MutationObserver with non data-mask attributes
  - Test crypto fallback when randomUUID unavailable
  - Test delete events with triggerOnDelete disabled
- Update build configuration:
  - Add TypeScript config and type definitions
  - Configure Rollup for CommonJS output
  - Add Deno formatter and linter integration
- Maintain full compatibility with existing API
