Configurable create action for table widget

Added ‘TableWidget::isObjCreatable()’ to control whether an object can be created.

To customize the visibility of the “Create” action, add ‘isCreatable()’ to your ModelInterface implementation.

Changes:
- Cleaned up list actions for TableWidget;
- Improved documentation of ‘FormSidebarWidget::isObjDeletable()’ and ‘FormSidebarWidget::isObjResettable()’
