Fix duplicate post detection with Redis persistence

- Change from tracking posted IDs to checking existing posts in storage
- Remove posted:keyword set that was preventing re-fetching
- Check for duplicates by scanning existing post keys
- Fixes issue where fetching returned 0 posts after initial fetch
