Check ntxid after proposal finalization (#905)

Comparing the `ntxid` of the finalized Payjoin proposal with that of the
provisional proposal acts as a safeguard to ensure the application
finalizes the correct PSBT. This check prevents accidental finalization
of an unrelated PSBT, which could leak unintended UTXOs to the sender
and cause the Payjoin session to fail.
