feat: Add nancy vuln scan pc hook, switch to markdownlint CLI, upgrade Go deps (#993)

**Key Changes:**

- Added nancy-based vulnerability scans to pre-commit for Go dependencies.
- Switched markdownlint pre-commit hook to use markdownlint-cli with config.
- Upgraded Go dependencies and toolchain, with extensive cleanup.

**Added:**

- `.hooks/nancy-scan.sh` for running nancy vulnerability checks pre-commit.
- `nancy-vulnerability-scan` hook in `.pre-commit-config.yaml` (triggers on
  `go.mod`/`go.sum` changes).
- `.hooks/linters/markdownlint.json` for markdownlint-cli configuration.
- CLI-based markdownlint in pre-commit with custom config.
- Improved `.hooks/generate-docs.sh` (error handling for `bashutils.sh`).

**Changed:**

- Updated Go version in `go.mod` to 1.24.0 and toolchain to go1.24.4.
- Upgraded major Go deps: Kubernetes, Helm, Sigs.k8s.io, github.com/*, etc.
- Switched markdownlint hook to CLI and JSON config; removed Ruby style files.
- Enhanced doc generation to safely fetch, validate, and source `bashutils.sh`.
- Addressed vulnerabilities flagged by nancy in dependencies.

**Removed:**

- Deprecated Ruby-based mdstyle linter (`.hooks/linters/mdstyle.rb`).
- Purged unused/old Go dependencies (docker, moby etc.) from `go.mod`/`go.sum`.
- Removed `sigs.k8s.io/structured-merge-diff/v4/v6` from Go modules.
