IGVF-2874 Display library design file tables on file-set pages (#855)

* Add a new function to request library design files from a file set. Change `FetchRequest.getMultipleObjectsBulk()` to accept an array of types instead of just one. Add a library design files table to measurement-set pages.
* Remove duplicate `integrated_content_files` paths before requesting the corresponding objects.
* Display library design files on analysis-set page.
* Rename Integrated Library File table to Library Design Files on construct library set page. Add Jest tests for full coverage.
* Update comments. Update a`describe` string in a Jest test.
