updated casr var specs (#258)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Remove `_corrected_units` from huss, ps, psl, tdps, tas, hus, tdp. the
original data has already a `units ` attribute. it seems unnecassary to
add this.
* For sweLand, apply a `_scale_factor` of 0.001 to turn areal mass (kg
m⁻²) into depth (m) assuming a density of 1000 kg/m³ for water.
* For the fluxes prfr, prrp, prra, prsn, add `_units_context` and
`_clip_values` and set them to `hydro`
