refactor: enhance error message handling in Jido.Exec

- Replaced direct calls to Exception.message with a new private helper function, extract_safe_error_message, to safely extract error messages from various error structures.
- Updated error logging and response messages throughout the Jido.Exec module to utilize the new helper, improving clarity and consistency in error reporting.
