Split out python lints into their own tasks (#3487)

* Split out python lints into their own tasks

It's very annoying especially for the backend one to have to wait until
the entire test suite finishes to know that you forgot a space before a
comment and then haver to wait 10mn again...

* Move `env` in a `worker` block for every tast in the tests kind

I removed the special handling in the transform so this wouldn't happen
again, renamed job -> task while I was there and also made indentation
consistent across the file because it was bothering me
