chore: update to angular 19

* Adapts JSONSchema to the new rero-ils-ui version.
* Fixes lxml conflict with uwsgi command for the deployment.
* Adds safety exceptions.
* Fixes some small cosmetics in the JSONSchemas.
* Adapts JSONSchema to the new angular 17 version.
* Removes the category file subfield to be consistent with the document resource.
* Reorganizes imports with the isort black profile.
