[parsing:mozilla] Fix error parsing 'alternate_emails' fields

The field 'alternate_emails' has a different structure to which
was expected. Each email is stored in a dictionary with two
fields ('email' and 'privacy') but the parser did not parse
and extract right the email value.

This patch fixes that problem. Unit tests were added as well.
