chore(bower): move to the CDN for bower (#277)

We were using a dist folder in previous versions to support bower. This
isn't really necessary as we have a CDN entry. The downside is that
we'll no longer support upgrading via bower, but the maintenance is
significantly simpler and the bower package resolves faster.

Resolves #268
