* feat: Implement deleteAllSubscriptions method in NotificationsRepositoryV2

This commit introduces the `deleteAllSubscriptions` method to the `NotificationsRepositoryV2`, allowing for the deletion of multiple notification subscriptions based on provided criteria. It includes validation for the input DTO and handles cases where no subscriptions are found. Additionally, tests have been added to ensure the functionality works as expected, including scenarios for successful deletion, error handling, and cache invalidation.

This commit adds detailed Swagger annotations to the `deleteAllSubscriptions` method in the NotificationsControllerV2.

* refactor: Clean up notifications repository tests and improve DTO structure

This commit removes unnecessary comments and refactors the test cases in the NotificationsRepositoryV2 integration tests for clarity. Additionally, it updates the DeleteAllSubscriptionsDto entity to use public readonly properties for better encapsulation and consistency. The changes enhance code readability and maintainability.
