* upgrade to boost 1.88, and use more process::v2

* use 24.04

* added process component for boost

* added WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN

* mention platform_version for windows, update url

* removed LEAN..

* updated Findwex for new boost as well, and USE_WINSOCK2

* set wxUSE_WINSOCK2 ON

* improved process_data, update including process-imp.h to avoid boost
error

* added WINSOCKAPI

* only use boost::process::v1 for process-imp

* moved include process-imp.h

* the wxUSE_WINSOCK2 option was not necessary
