refactor(js): simplify DirectBatchOptions usage in tests and update type definitions (#289)

Removed unnecessary type assertions from `DirectBatchOptions` in tests. Updated `DirectBatchStartSeq` and `DirectBatchStartTime` types to allow optional mutually exclusive properties for improved type clarity.
