Support early termination in range (#11)

* Refactor Range function signature to return a boolean and update related tests

- Changed the signature of the `Range` function in the `Bitmap` struct to return a boolean, allowing early termination of iteration.
- Updated all instances of `Range` in tests and other files to accommodate the new signature, ensuring consistent behavior across the codebase.

* Add newBmpPermutations function and update Range method for bitmap iteration

- Introduced newBmpPermutations function to create a Bitmap with all 16 4-bit permutations.
- Modified the Range method in the Bitmap struct to return a boolean, allowing for early termination of iteration.
- Added a new test case, TestRangeStop, to validate the updated Range functionality with the new bitmap permutations.
