Simpler requirements (#122)

* use one requirements file for dev and tutorial
* split conda/python environment in the quick install instructions

More explicit setup depending on what people want to use (Python virtual
environments or Conda environments).

Note `conda install graphviz` will crash if people call it from a Python
virtual environment (so no conda available).

* remove environment.yml, use tabs in installation instructions

To make it more coherent with the virtual environment instructions, I have
dropped the environment.yml file and corresponding instructions. So now, we
always encourage people to use `pip install -r requirements.txt` after creating
a virtual environment (conda or python).

* reorganise installation page
