arlolraFix title parsing of subpages during initialization * This was problematic when the page to be parsed starts with a / For content on the page, the page ns will have already been set. * mediawiki-title expects defaultNS to be a Number or undefined * Also, log any error during environment construction time with the process logger. These seem to have been escaping us for some time. * And, reset the page ns before re-initializing the env for a page. This is mainly important in parserTests where we reuse the env. * Also, fixes a bug in resolving a subpage title from a namespace other than main. The test needs a php section though the Parsoid output is confirmed to match what production php renders. Struggling with parserTests at this late hour. Change-Id: Ic97b98b4d
