refactor(autofix): Validate that all required arguments are provided in jQuery fixes

Smoke tests showed cases where applications missed to provide required
arguments. This lead to autofix errors in cases where we `.trim()` those
arguments:
> Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim')
