`test_reports.py`: use conftest fixtures (#323)

Fix: #314

## Context
`test_reports.py` was using a custom config based on v5_sonata

## Scope
we use the same config but modified with the standard fixtures in
conftest.py

## Testing
the old tests work. This modification should not change the results and
does not need additional tessts
