Feature/hookup testing 316 (#70)

* try coveralls

* try after_success

* try editing karma in gruntfile

* added test try coverage

* try changing karma config file

* try changing preprocessor files

* try changing order after success

* changed some config in travis and karma

currently the unit tests does not have anything on it
hence the coverage is really low

* setup protractor

* try adding selenium webdriver update

* update grunt-protractor-runner selenium

* try get rid update on protractor

* changed chrome to phantomjs

* embed coveralls to dockstore-ui

* try localhost 9000

* revert changes from 9000 to 9001

baseURL must point to 9001 because it is set in Gruntfile.js that test is in port 9001
