Audit coveralls connections (#434)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?: <!--(Bug fix, feature,
docs update, etc.)-->

* Audits connections instead of allow-listing them.
* Adjusts output tests to no longer create test artifacts in the repo
folder

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?: <!--(Has there been an
API change? New dependencies?)-->

No.

### Other information: <!--(Relevant discussion threads? Outside
documentation pages?)-->

The idea behind using an allow-list when it comes to Ci is to prevent
MITM attacks (which GitHub CI is very susceptible to). Unfortunately,
this doesn't work if service providers change their necessary remote
connections by asking users to download and run proprietary blobs within
existing versions of the tool. I might start looking around at other
coverage tools to see if they do this less often than Coveralls does.
