Overhauled Image and File input properties

Changes:
- Overhauled draft integration of elFinder in markup and scripts;
- Set the ‘base-url’ for ‘FileInput’;
- Added configurable labels and titles (and defaults) to FileInput;
- Added ‘FileInput::filePreview()’ method for outputting previews (unused);
- Added ‘ImageInput::filePreview()’ method for outputting thumbnail;
- Moved elFinder feature from ‘property/input/image’ to ‘property/input/file’;
- Split ‘property/input/file’ template into smaller portions;
- Simplified ’property/input/image’ to use ‘property/input/file’ template;
