fix(tests): enhance tests and add new edge case scenarios

Refactor existing tests and introduce new tests to improve coverage and handle edge cases. This includes updates to various test files and the addition of new test classes.

- Updated nullable reference types in existing tests for better safety.
- Added DisposeAndEdgeCaseTests to verify WorkerPool disposal behavior.
- Introduced ErrorBranchesTests to check cancellation behavior in WorkerPool.
- Created ErrorItemTests and ErrorItemEdgeTests to validate ErrorItem functionality.
- Added OptionsTests to ensure default properties are correctly initialized.
- Implemented RegistrationTests for service registration validation.
- Developed ResultFileTests and ResultsTests to confirm correct property initialization.
