* Bug 1287828 - Change the export of the l10n files to merge the beta changes

* Fix nits from review

* Display aggregated beta in /json/l10n/list.html

* Modify tests to check that only one beta aggregation is displayed

* Rename "betas" into "releases"

* Rename _addAggregatedBetaIfNeeded into _addAggregatedBetaOnlyOnce
