fix: implement disconnect socket logic (#1426)

Adds a new socket killing mechanism to be used by other systems. It registers the transport pid of each socket upon channel setup and, upon calling distributed_disconnect/1, it will kill all those transport pids with reason :shutdown

We also check if the transport_pid is present to have the Registry behave more like a set vs list to reduce memory footprint

It also emits the :disconnect event to try and informt connected channels that they are going to shutdown but should be seen as a best effort and not a guarantee
