Fixed a timing issue in security test

If a SecureConnection calls close() at the same time a remote DCI command invokes close(), it causes a race condition where the method call may crash the QueuedSocket background thread if the remote DCI happens first

In practice, this can still occur if both sockets are closed in less time than it takes to send and schedule the DCI command (~.3 seconds worst case for a command to be sent, received, and scheduled)
