feat(anki): add topic analysis generation capability

- Add GenerateAnalysis class to generate topic analysis for Anki flashcards
- Update config.py to include generate_topic_analysis_template
- Modify deck_gen.py to use the new generate_analysis method
- Adjust generate_deck.py to work with the new analysis generation
- Update topic_analysis.py to provide assemble method for TopicAnalysis
- Add generate_topic_analysis.hbs template for analysis generation- Update version to 0.2.0-dev0
